Frequently Asked Questions

You don’t need to know everything before reaching out. But if you’ve got questions, here are a few I hear most often — answered as clearly and honestly as possible.

Do you only work with business owners?

Not at all. Many of my clients are business owners or entrepreneurs, but I also work with investors, landlords, nonprofit leaders, and individuals managing property transitions. If you’re facing a real estate decision that feels complex, uncertain, or important, you’re in the right place.

I work with clients across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. That includes Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax), the DC metro area, and Maryland communities like Bethesda, Silver Spring, and beyond. If you’re unsure whether your location falls in my scope, feel free to ask.

No. The first strategy call is free. It’s a chance for us to talk through your situation, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. If we continue working together on a lease, purchase, or sale, my fee is typically covered by the landlord or seller — not by you

I specialize in commercial properties. That includes office space, retail storefronts, clinics, light industrial, and mixed-use buildings. Whether you’re leasing, buying, selling, or repositioning, I’ll help you think through what’s best for your specific situation.

That’s a common place to be. One of the most valuable parts of what I do is helping people slow down, sort through their goals, and see the full picture before making a decision. We’ll look at your financials, your timing, and your long-term plans — and make a call that feels both smart and aligned.
Yes. Some of the most rewarding work I do is with clients who feel stuck. That could mean a lease they want to exit, a property that’s underperforming, or a difficult transition. My distressed property support and exit planning services are designed for exactly those situations.
These are one-on-one consulting sessions for clients who are unsure of their next move. Maybe your space doesn’t fit anymore, or you’re going through a business change. The session gives you time to pause, think, and make sense of the options. If you later move forward with another service, the session fee is credited.
Not at all. In fact, many clients start before they’ve looked at a single listing. That’s often the best time to connect. We can talk through what you actually need, what makes sense to pursue, and how to go about it with a plan.
I’m not just here to help you close a deal. I’m here to help you make a clear, confident decision. That means I ask more questions, offer more strategy, and care just as much about the bigger picture as the property itself. This is advising, not sales. That’s the heart of Resolve Properties.
Simple. You can book a free strategy call, send a message, or visit the contact page to choose what’s most comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to be ready — just a willingness to start the conversation.
